This government will increase resources for frontline health workers and will put more nurses in schools to make it easier for young people and others with mental health problems to get the help they need. Free counselling will be available for those under 25.”
Failed to deliver.
A pilot giving free counselling for 18-25 year olds was announced in 2018, it hasn’t been universally rolled out (and the announcement was just a commitment to tendering out a contract).
Once again, all bluster, no delivery.
